What you will do

• Repair, test, and deploy devices for global network support.
• Install and maintain communication systems, Cisco routers, switches, and power infrastructure.
• Conduct OCONUS site surveys and manage field site installations.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues in the field.
• Train customers on equipment operation and system testing.
• Document system installations and connectivity specifications.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 6+ years of experience in field engineering supporting technical programs.
• Expertise in IP services (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, PPP, SIP) and Cisco hardware.
• Proficiency with UPS systems, AC/DC power, and fiber optic cabling.
• Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds and perform physical field tasks.
• Must be crossover eligible and available for up to 50% OCONUS travel.
