What you will do

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, specifically within CX and telecom environments.
• Oversee both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) engagements to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource owners.
• Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve critical issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, and Finance teams.
• Monitor project budgets and forecasts, providing regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of managing the complete technical project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party technical cutovers.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for facilitating decision-making in multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Background in ISP, carrier, UCaaS, or wholesale voice environments.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification.
