What you will do

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for strategic aviation projects.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, IT, and external vendors.
• Lead the delivery of passenger processing systems, biometrics, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, government entities, and regulatory bodies.
• Mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with aviation safety and security standards.
• Drive digital transformation through cloud, automation, and smart airport solutions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in airport or airline environments.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar, large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of airport systems such as DCS, CUSS, BHS, AODB, and RMS.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Must be based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Nice to have

• Experience with airport modernization or expansion programs.
• Knowledge of biometrics and passenger journey solutions.
• Exposure to cloud and digital transformation in aviation.
