What you will do

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts as the executive point of contact.
• Develop and deliver expansion plans to meet revenue goals and business metrics.
• Coach the team on account strategy, executive engagement, and commercial execution.
• Identify workflow improvements and upskill the team in commercial best practices.
• Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to refine account strategy.
• Develop processes to scale the Key Account Management function across Europe.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to work from London.
• Proven history of managing enterprise-level accounts in technical or SaaS environments.
• Experience in a player-coach capacity leading or mentoring account management teams.
• Fluent in English required.
• Domain exposure to the utilities sector or complex infrastructure industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel across Europe as needed.
