What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop scalable recruitment strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Coach leadership on job scoping, candidate calibration, and total reward navigation.
• Utilize market mapping and performance metrics to provide actionable talent insights.
• Proactively source and nurture diverse talent communities for future hiring needs.
• Partner with the People team to ensure a seamless candidate-to-new-hire transition.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring challenges.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing.
• Flexibility to work across time zones, specifically aligning with North American (East Coast) hours when required.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with compensation and geographical tiering.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to guide strategy.

• Experience hiring for US or Canadian markets.
