What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse technical, commercial, and creative roles.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers regarding market conditions and talent availability.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows for sourcing, interview preparation, and candidate communication.
• Utilize talent intelligence platforms to provide data-backed insights for pipeline planning.
• Drive adoption of recruitment technologies and ensure compliance with ethical AI standards.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
• Proven experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience using market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies.
