What you will do

• Strategize and drive benefit transitions across entities following company acquisitions.
• Design and implement benefit programs responsive to changing business needs and local regulations.
• Manage risk covers including Medical, Life, Disability, and retirement programs.
• Monitor market trends, legislative changes, and tax laws impacting benefit programs.
• Lead the onboarding and management of benefit vendors to ensure strategic alignment.
• Prepare compliance reports for government and state agencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in benefits and retirement program management.
• Expertise in APAC region and local benefits practices.
• Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, design, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
