What you will do

• Process accurate and timely payroll for approximately 230 employees in Spain and Portugal.
• Manage relationships with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure service delivery standards.
• Coordinate and oversee employee benefits programs across both markets.
• Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for social security agencies and tax offices.
• Maintain detailed payroll records and generate reports in accordance with statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration in Spain and Portugal.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese labour laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Experience managing payroll outsourcing relationships and vendor oversight.
• Strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements.
• Proficiency in HR/payroll systems, with SuccessFactors experience highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, with native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
