What you will do

• Execute multi-country payroll, coordinating salaries, bonuses, and taxes across diverse country calendars and cutoffs.
• Manage end-to-end global relocation cases in coordination with HQ and regional teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to international, federal, and state regulations and prepare C&B analytical reports.
• Administer incentive plans, including the calculation, validation, and communication of payouts to employees.
• Lead payroll vendor relationships, managing SLAs, invoicing, and service quality improvements.
• Standardize workflows and leverage HRIS automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks and improve scalability.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Math, or Statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in C&B with hands-on expertise in multi-country payroll.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with HRIS and data-driven process optimization.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience working within global or multinational corporate environments.
• Proven track record in incentive plan design and calculation.
