What you will do

• Administer and manage day-to-day benefits and leave policies.
• Lead the end-to-end renewal process for benefits providers.
• Establish and implement new benefits programs aligned with global strategy and business goals.
• Manage relationships with external brokers and vendors to ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Tax, and People Operations to design seamless onboarding and compliance processes.
• Analyze benefits data and drive employee education and engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience in administering and managing UK-specific benefits.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends and legislative compliance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across different teams.
