What you will do

• Lead transformational AI system implementations by scoping high-value solutions and solving complex technical challenges.
• Manage enterprise life sciences accounts from initial scope through to launch and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end deployment programme, collaborating daily with business users, innovation leaders, and IT teams.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders in global pharma organisations by demonstrating how the platform solves high-value problems.
• Provide direct customer insights to the product development team to shape the future of the drug development platform.
• Guide and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, data scientists, and delivery managers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology consulting, product development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Prior experience in the Life Sciences sector with a broad understanding of the drug development process.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deploy AI/ML solutions with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes across internal and external teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
