Location: Must be based in the UK within commutable distance to Milton Park (Oxfordshire) or London (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Conduct a structured audit of all existing data assets, including source, quality, and accessibility.
• Map all current AI, machine learning, and algorithmic decision-making tools in operation across the business.
• Perform a gap analysis between current capabilities and the future AI platform ambition.
• Engage with Product, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders to identify data needs and frustrations.
• Produce a comprehensive baseline report and actionable strategic recommendations for the permanent Head of Data & Intelligence.
