AI Product Manager (Public Safety)

What you will do

• Conduct discovery research with law enforcement and emergency personnel to identify AI-solvable pain points.
• Translate user needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Perform competitive gap analysis and monitor market trends in public safety technology.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI models into existing justice and safety workflows.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on technical feasibility and regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS offerings to market.
• 1-3 years of experience working with Generative AI technologies.
• Foundational understanding of the ML lifecycle including data labeling, training, and deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure success through KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex technical trends into business insights.
