What you will do

• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to discuss and agree on appropriate payment plans.
• Manage inbound calls and email inquiries regarding debt, payment plans, and energy accounts.
• Provide high-quality customer service to support businesses in resolving debt and credit referencing issues.
• Coordinate warrant activities and manage the process toward disconnection where necessary.
• Utilize credit reference agency data and financial insights to inform risk-aware debt resolution decisions.
• Collaborate with the wider Business operations team to improve customer journeys and repayment strategies.

Requirements

• A keen interest in credit control, finance, or accounting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
