Location: Hybrid (must be able to work from the head office in Lenton, Nottingham twice a week)

What you will do

• Process trade customer payments accurately and ensure adherence to payment schedules.
• Minimize overdue debt by proactively contacting international customers to ensure timely payment.
• Assess credit worthiness for new trade accounts and open new accounts.
• Maintain a strong customer portfolio to generate healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk.
• Resolve payment disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in credit management.

Requirements

• Professional background in Finance.
• High standard of Spanish language proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Lenton office twice per week.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships based on trust.
• Commercial acumen and ability to handle demanding situations with integrity.
