Location: Hybrid (must be able to work from the head office in Lenton, Nottingham twice a week)

What you will do
- Process trade customer payments accurately and ensure adherence to payment schedules.
- Minimize overdue debt by proactively contacting international customers to ensure timely payment.
- Assess credit worthiness for new trade accounts and open new accounts.
- Maintain a strong customer portfolio to generate healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk.
- Resolve payment disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in credit management.
Requirements
- Professional background in Finance.
- High standard of Spanish language proficiency.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Lenton office twice per week.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships based on trust.
- Commercial acumen and ability to handle demanding situations with integrity.
