Credit Controller, Spanish Speaking (Finance)

Location: Hybrid working from the head office in Lenton, near Nottingham, twice a week

What you will do

• Process trade customer payments accurately and monitor adherence to payment schedules.
• Contact international customers to minimise overdue debt and secure timely payment.
• Build trusted customer relationships and resolve payment disputes.
• Open and assess the creditworthiness of new trade accounts.
• Maintain a strong customer portfolio to reduce financial risk and support healthy cash flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements while keeping up with credit management best practices.

Requirements

• Background in finance or credit control.
• Spanish spoken to a high standard is required.
• Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Integrity, commercial acumen, accountability, and the ability to handle demanding situations.
• Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
