What you will do

• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, working papers, and supporting schedules.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Analyze financial information to identify trends, investigate variances, and highlight risks.
• Build and automate reporting processes using Excel and data tools to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Finance Operations and FP&A teams to ensure consistency of financial information.
• Support audit and governance activities throughout the reporting cycle.

Requirements

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• Experience in a finance or accounting environment, either in practice or industry.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience using Power Query, Alteryx, or similar data automation tools.
