What you will do

• Process and allocate customer payments to ensure accurate financial records.
• Investigate and resolve payment queries by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with customer refunds, account adjustments, and required approvals.
• Support the finance team with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with established finance policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Sales to support stakeholders.
