Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London or Bristol hubs. Hybrid role requiring office attendance at least once a week and travel between London, Bristol, and Glasgow hubs.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 plus 15% bonus and 9% flex pay.

What you will do

• Partner with C-suite and leadership teams to provide financial insight and challenge strategic decisions.
• Lead the Monthly Business Review process and manage financial outlooks to ensure a no-surprises environment.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and develop 3-5 year strategic forecasts.
• Own the investment appraisal process, including business casing and post-investment reviews.
• Advise business leaders on course correction to ensure operational delivery remains financially viable.
• Represent the finance team in business discussions and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Finance professional with experience in solving business issues of similar scale and complexity.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to interpret multiple data sources to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to embed financial understanding within operational teams.
• Experience in influencing strategy and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Commercial focus on profitability and risk mitigation.
