What you will do

• Manage and recover unpaid Direct Debits across multiple business lines.
• Maintain accurate ledger records following best practice procedures.
• Engage with customers professionally to resolve outstanding balances.
• Respond to customer queries promptly with a correct-first-time approach.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely debt resolution.
• Escalate collection issues to management when appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on when to escalate.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Ipswich office.
