What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to execute the full-cycle recruiting process for front office and technical roles.
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates while serving as their primary point of contact.
• Provide search updates and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Champion the firm's values and brand to attract top-tier talent.
• Manage candidate experience to ensure excellent communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external search firms to meet hiring objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services, with a mix of in-house and agency experience preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting for Quant and Strat roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and business acumen within the quant space.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in international markets such as Latam or EMEA.
