What you will do

• Run intake and strategy alignment sessions with hiring managers to set expectations and communication plans.
• Source active and passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and market data.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews, selection, and evaluation to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Manage offer development, negotiate terms, and drive offer acceptances and declines.
• Perform market and competitor analysis and use findings to refine sourcing strategies and educate hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses and dispositions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience covering full life-cycle talent acquisition.
• Proven experience leading intake meetings, advising hiring managers, and executing strategic sourcing plans.
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and compliance record-keeping.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
