What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through interview coordination, selection, and offer acceptance.
• Develop active and passive sourcing strategies using networking and market data.
• Partner with hiring managers as a recruiting advisor and subject matter expert.
• Present qualified candidate slates and support candidates throughout the evaluation process.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to improve sourcing strategies and talent acquisition approaches.
• Maintain candidate statuses and dispositions in the ATS and support compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience covering full life-cycle talent acquisition.
• Experience leading intake meetings, advising hiring managers, and executing strategic sourcing plans.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and compliance record-keeping.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in Albany, New York, United States.

• Experience with data-backed market analysis and compensation benchmarking.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multidisciplinary requisitions while maintaining candidate engagement.
