What you will do

• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract qualified passive candidates.
• Analyze competitor intelligence and external market trends to improve hiring strategy.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Advise hiring leaders and apply behavioral-based interviewing practices.
• Train and coach hiring managers on candidate assessment and selection.
• Manage high-volume recruiting execution while meeting performance KPIs and maintaining candidate quality.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience in talent acquisition or a related strategic human capital role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing strategy and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of modern ATS platforms, including Workday, and data-driven recruitment databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing quality.

• Experience recruiting specialized talent in competitive markets.
• Experience using external market data to influence organizational hiring strategy.
• Experience with recruitment marketing, digital engagement, and candidate lifecycle analytics.
