What you will do

  • Develop innovative, multi-channel recruitment strategies and sourcing frameworks to attract passive, top-tier talent.
  • Deliver actionable competitor intelligence and analyze external market trends to refine the talent acquisition approach.
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of employer branding initiatives to align with corporate vision.
  • Partner with business leaders to shape hiring decisions through expertise in behavioral-based interviewing.
  • Lead training initiatives to equip hiring managers with tools for effectively assessing high-caliber talent.
  • Maintain superior candidate experience while meeting aggressive KPIs in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related strategic human capital role.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing strategy and execution for passive candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and data-driven recruitment databases.
  • Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments without sacrificing quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting high-caliber, specialized talent in competitive markets.
  • Ability to analyze external market data to impact organizational hiring strategy.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing, digital engagement, and candidate lifecycle analytics.
