• Manage end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment for the US and EU markets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide guidance and align on hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to ensure quality and fit.
• Coordinate onboarding administration and process execution.
• Contribute to the improvement of recruitment operations for better efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR within fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume workloads.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented approach to onboarding and process execution.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hiring in the US market.
• Experience hiring for business development, commercial, and GTM positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
