Salary: $80,000 - $86,000

What you will do

• Monitor SLAs and operational performance, identifying anomalies and process breakdowns.
• Build and maintain actionable reporting and dashboards to track operational health.
• Manage the full lifecycle of provider expansion, from intake to automation handoff.
• Partner with product, engineering, and integrations teams to automate manual workflows.
• Communicate progress, risks, and bottlenecks clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Independently own operational workflows and drive initiatives from identification to resolution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, product operations, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining tables, and dashboard creation.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
• Experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON).
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, process-heavy environments.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco or New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll/HR systems or retirement products.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards in Sigma.
• Experience digging through logs (e.g., Datadog) for technical troubleshooting.
