Endpoint Administrator (Intune, Defender) - Remote from Europe

What you will do

• Manage and resolve operational tickets across SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, Copilot, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer Intune enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, update rings, mobile device management, and Conditional Access integration.
• Configure and operate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, investigate incidents, perform threat hunting with KQL, tune detection rules, and track vulnerability remediation.
• Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, application groups, FSLogix profiles, image management, scaling, and user connectivity.
• Support identity and access management through Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication, RBAC, B2B access, SSO, and risky sign-in monitoring.
• Create infrastructure documentation and runbooks, automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, and contribute to governance, migrations, service transitions, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience administering Microsoft 365 cloud services and endpoint platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, Conditional Access, and Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint security, incident response, threat hunting using KQL, vulnerability management, and security reporting.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or Graph API automation, ITSM practices, GDPR, security governance, access controls, and audit trails.
• Ability to document solutions, collaborate with platform administrators, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide knowledge transfer.
• EU citizenship is required.
