TL;DR
System Administrator (Microsoft): Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint management, and security infrastructure with an accent on identity, endpoint compliance, and cloud security operations. Focus on managing conditional access, privileged access, patching, EDR, enterprise storage, backup testing, and global security compliance.

What you will do
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 security.
- Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, enterprise applications, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Administer on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, SQL, and certificate services.
- Manage endpoint compliance and patching with Intune, SCCM, Automox, and BitLocker.
- Operate privileged access, EDR, enterprise storage, backups, and restore testing.
- Handle helpdesk escalations, mentor engineers, and support global security compliance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in system administration and IT infrastructure.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration and security experience.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Experience with Defender for Office 365, Purview, DLP, retention, MFA, Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of enterprise storage, backup, virtualization, EDR, PAM, and PKI certificate services.
Nice to have
- Experience with CrowdStrike, CyberArk, and PKI certificate services.
- Experience with SAN/NAS storage, VMware, or Hyper-V.
