What you will do

• Manage, optimize, and develop Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams Phone.
• Design and implement modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint security.
• Implement security, compliance, access controls, vulnerability improvements, audits, and operational standards.
• Automate workplace management processes with PowerShell and Microsoft tooling.
• Act as the technical point of contact for complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and support Service Desk teams with documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, ITIL processes, and service management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, MD-102, MS-700, and/or AZ-104.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Dutch language skills.
