What you will do

• Administer and support core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP policies to mitigate sensitive data exposure risks.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and risk stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls.
• Monitor policy matches, alerts, and incidents within Purview to investigate trends and reduce false positives.
• Maintain operational procedures, service health checks, and recovery processes to ensure platform resilience.
• Develop documentation and user guidance for M365 and Purview capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a Microsoft 365 engineering or administration role.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, and information protection disciplines.
• Experience with Entra ID, conditional access, and endpoint management (Intune).
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency required.
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, Texas, four days per week.
• Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-500, SC-400, or MS-102.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience with data classification, retention, and audit reporting.
