Studio Project Manager (Maternity Cover) (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage assigned projects day to day and ensure delivery against agreed requirements.
• Create detailed project plans with project teams and track progress through completion.
• Identify and remove impediments while managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate external teams and support project-specific production incident escalations.
• Prepare internal delivery reporting and support project financial management, including project creation and time tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management and development practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of previous project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and remain resilient under pressure.
• Confident speaking ability and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• APM, PMQ, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certification.
• Servant leadership or Agile experience.
• Technical capacity and ability to translate technical language.
• iGaming industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
