What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned projects, including new game content and market launches.
• Create and track detailed project plans while actively removing impediments for project teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them to management when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all business processes for project success are utilized.
• Maintain internal reporting packs and support financial management, including time tracking.
• Identify and propose process improvements to capability leads to optimize development practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
• Strong organization, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to remain resilient and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills with confidence in public speaking.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications (e.g., APM, PMQ, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Experience as a Servant Leader and working with Agile methodologies.
• Specific knowledge and experience within the iGaming industry.
• Technical capacity to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
