Organizational Change Manager

Location: Onsite daily presence required in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

What you will do

• Assess organizational, technology, and business changes across client projects and determine stakeholder and business impacts.
• Develop and maintain change management strategies, plans, communications, sponsor engagement, training, reinforcement, and resistance management deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, working sessions, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Identify adoption risks, resistance, readiness gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• Align change management activities with project methodologies, schedules, and milestones across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leads, sponsors, project teams, and impacted groups while supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Prosci Certification is required.
• Proven experience leading organizational change management initiatives for IT, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR and other change management frameworks.
• Experience with change strategies and plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, reinforcement, resistance management, and readiness assessments.
• Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation, with strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills.
• North American professional experience and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gas, energy, or utility industry.
• Knowledge of natural gas transmission and storage organizations.
• Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives or complex, highly regulated, operationally critical environments.
