Salary: $7,158.42–$10,292.25 CAD monthly

What you will do

• Design and manage strategic projects supporting the Faculty of Medicine’s new strategic plan.
• Engage senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to clarify objectives, define outcomes, and shape project concepts.
• Plan and coordinate project scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, risks, communications, and change management activities.
• Track milestones, action items, decisions, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare project charters, plans, budgets, risk plans, reports, status updates, and briefing notes.
• Lead project transition, closeout, evaluation, lessons learned, and communication activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least three years of related experience; five years of project-related experience is required for the preferred qualification.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
• Strategic and systems thinking, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and ethical conduct.
• Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and professional collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree.
• Project management certificate or designation.
• Experience in an academic or postsecondary institution.
• Experience in health care, health education, or a public sector organization.
