Project Manager (Defense Technology)

Location: Hybrid position based in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada. International travel is required on a regular basis, approximately 25%.

What you will do

• Manage one or multiple complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Control the financial and operational resources required to meet contractual obligations and maintain project profitability.
• Develop and execute project management plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and delivery activities.
• Lead matrixed project team members and coordinate resourcing, subcontracting, and operational priorities.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communications, negotiations, acceptance, and stakeholder relationships.
• Support proposals, subcontract negotiations, workshare agreements, contract amendments, and scope or financial improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical field; a non-technical degree may also be considered.
• At least 5 years of high-technology experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
• PMP certification.
• Must meet the requirements of Canada's Controlled Goods Program and, in certain cases, ITAR requirements.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and willingness to travel internationally regularly.
