• Lead the business development function to build a proactive growth culture and a robust new business pipeline.
• Identify and secure strategic, long-term, high-value partnerships with UK-headquartered companies.
• Increase the variety and volume of partnerships, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Manage and motivate the team, role-modelling inclusive behaviours and a growth mindset.
• Navigate senior stakeholders and maintain momentum across a dynamic pipeline.
• Develop compelling shared-value opportunities that benefit both corporate partners and children.

Requirements

• Proven track record of securing or leading complex, high-value partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with creativity to identify strategic opportunities.
• Experience in team leadership and people management.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from London for hybrid office attendance.
• Genuine passion for UNICEF’s mission and impact.
