Business Development Associate (Finance): Identifying and attracting new business clients with turnovers between £10m and £25m to transfer their banking relationships to the Group with an accent on lead generation and strategic outreach. Focus on researching target prospects, establishing connections with decision-makers, and managing a strong sales pipeline via CRM.

Location: Hybrid (Liverpool, Birmingham, Chester, or Leeds). Minimum two days per week or 40% of working hours in office/hub

• Research and identify target prospects using market intelligence tools to build a strong pipeline.

• Drive the growth of relationships with businesses having turnovers between £10m and £25m.
• Coordinate and book prospect meetings for Relationship Directors.
• Monitor and track pipeline progress, maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within financial services
• Ability to deliver against financial targets
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• A confident and resilient approach to client interaction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of directors.
