What you will do

• Process daily purchase invoices and match them against purchase order requisitions.
• Resolve purchase order and supplier queries efficiently.
• Carry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations and process BACS payments.
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers in accordance with Sonova compliance requirements.
• Prepare Boots UK commission reports and support insurance administration activities.
• Collaborate with the wider Finance team to ensure professional and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in finance, accounts payable, purchase ledger, or administration.
• Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a sense of accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience processing supplier invoices or BACS payments.
• Experience working with finance systems or ERP platforms.
• Understanding of accounting procedures and reconciliations.
