What you will do

• Deliver period-end reconciliations for shopping card, cinema, and affiliate revenue streams to ensure strong financial controls.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between affiliate platforms and Business Central.
• Manage cashbook postings, receipt allocation, and financial approvals.
• Oversee debt recovery activities, adapting collection approaches based on commercial context and risk.
• Produce AR reporting and commentary to surface key trends and outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Member Services, and Partnerships teams to resolve queries and maintain delivery.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience within an Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs.
• Proven track record of independently investigating complex variances and discrepancies.
• Clear and effective communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from the Leicestershire or London offices.

Nice to have

• Experience in both B2B and retail or ecommerce environments.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 / Business Central.
• Curiosity about AI and automation as tools for process improvement.
