What you will do

• Process invoices across UK and US entities.
• Assist with month-end close, including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies.
• Support payroll processing and VAT compliance filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage expenses via Payhawk.
• Handle finance tickets and provide ad hoc reporting to support the wider team.

Requirements

• Interest in finance or accounting (related degree is helpful).
• Comfortable working across multiple entities and currencies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers at pace.
• Good communication skills for collaboration within a small, fast-moving team.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with Xero, Payhawk, and Joiin.
