What you will do

• Scale the Collective platform and accelerate the listing of renewable investments for retail investors.
• Originate, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities suitable for the retail market.
• Design financial products across a range of renewable technologies.
• Lead financial analysis of renewable projects, preparing valuations and reviewing commercial terms.
• Support and mentor team members of all levels, providing senior oversight and guidance.

Requirements

• At least six years of project finance or transaction experience in the Renewables, Infrastructure, or Energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in complex financial modelling using Excel.
• Deep understanding of financial valuation theories, core accounting, and tax skills.
• Experience operating in accordance with regulatory frameworks, specifically the FCA.
• Ability to communicate and influence diverse stakeholders, from project developers to Investment Committee members.
