What you will do

• Drive NPI test activities at subcontractor factories and support the setup and review of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, designers, and suppliers on yield improvement and test cost reduction projects.
• Qualify new test hardware at subcontractor sites and support the Security Testing Certification process.
• Provide technical expertise and support for all test-related issues and procedures at OSAT.
• Conduct detailed analysis and problem-solving to drive yield improvement through cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering.
• Knowledge of Digital and Mixed Signal testing.
• Experience with ATE testers, handlers, or probers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for working in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
