Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Hybrid (up to 2 days/week WFH)

What you will do

• Install and configure equipment or systems at customer sites according to specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment and systems in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide onsite technical support and training to customers on equipment use.
• Oversee site facility maintenance, including infrastructure and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment for field services.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in onsite support and repairs of PCs, printers, and airport services equipment.
• Experience delivering services directly to external customers according to contractual service levels.
• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent IT qualification.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation.
• Entry-level safety and compliance certifications (e.g., OSHA).

Nice to have

• Experience working specifically within the Airport or Airline industry.
