What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex equipment.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues to ensure systems operate at expected performance levels.
• Advise customers on environmental factors (humidity, power, etc.) that impact system operation.
• Manage on-site issues proactively and maintain detailed service reports and account files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (min 3 years experience) or a Master's degree (min 1 year experience).
• Knowledge of ultra-high vacuum (UHV) equipment.
• English: Good spoken and written skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Taiwan.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time to domestic and international customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ion Beam systems, EBO, PVD, or MOCVD.
• Experience providing service support specifically for TSMC.
• Previous experience working for fab or semiconductor tool vendors.
