What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Country HR teams to ensure effective hiring.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment projects, and overall process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong talent mapping and pipelining capabilities.
• Ability to influence and consult with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting in multinational or fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
