What you will do

• Post job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms and maintain candidate databases via ATS.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews, assessments, medical examinations, and other recruitment activities.
• Manage candidate communication regarding application status, schedules, and onboarding requirements.
• Administer and score recruitment assessments and conduct thorough background and reference checks.
• Prepare recruitment documents, employee files, and onboarding reports.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations and compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration.
• Must be a Licensed Psychometrician.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be based in Baguio City, PH for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
