What you will do

  • Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with Euc’s evolving business needs and growth goals.
  • Own end-to-end hiring for key roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and high-quality delivery.
  • Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, driving continuous improvement and hiring outcomes.
  • Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, referrals) to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Track and analyze hiring data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Share recruitment insights and metrics with hiring managers to support informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
  • Prior RPO experience combined with current in-house TA exposure.
  • Proven ability to shape hiring plans, influence stakeholders, and refine role requirements.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in the recruitment funnel.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Experience with hiring across multiple markets and cultures.
