What you will do
- Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with Euc’s evolving business needs and growth goals.
- Own end-to-end hiring for key roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and high-quality delivery.
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, driving continuous improvement and hiring outcomes.
- Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, referrals) to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Track and analyze hiring data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share recruitment insights and metrics with hiring managers to support informed, data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
- Prior RPO experience combined with current in-house TA exposure.
- Proven ability to shape hiring plans, influence stakeholders, and refine role requirements.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in the recruitment funnel.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience with hiring across multiple markets and cultures.
