Location: City of London, Hybrid (2-3 days per week)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

What you will do

• Develop and deliver engaging learning and enablement initiatives for new digital tools and AI solutions
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to support successful product launches
• Identify skills gaps, training needs, and barriers to adoption
• Create practical learning materials, workshops, and communications to encourage user engagement
• Collect user feedback and use insights to improve adoption and overall user experience
• Measure adoption success and continuously refine learning strategies

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Change, Technology Adoption, or Learning & Enablement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Creative approach to designing engaging learning experiences
• Confidence working with digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, or Change teams
• Based in London (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week)

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
