Clinical Trial Associate (Associate, Rater Services): Supporting multiple functional areas to ensure timely delivery of the Rater Training Program with an accent on study reporting, rater/site operational support, and quality management oversight across phase I–III clinical trials. What you will do
- Manage and execute tasks according to company SOPs and agreed regulatory standards, including real-time updates to trackers and high-volume site communications.
- Follow study changes, re-prioritize assignments, and work independently while mentoring junior study team members.
- Serve as primary point of contact for sites/raters/CRO from study start-up through close-out and provide operational support throughout the study lifecycle.
- Support Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight and assume a Rater Training Lead role for small to medium studies.
- Coordinate consultant (LEAD) communications and scheduling, and drive timely completion of project tasks and client deliverables.
- Manage and track phase I–III clinical trials, including understanding and tracking against the project SOW and communicating deliverables to the study PM/sponsor/Rater Training Lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of work experience related to clinical trials.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) for operational support and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and impeccable record keeping/compliance.
- High computer literacy (Excel/Office; clinical software experience preferred).
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, plan proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- CRA/CRO experience.
- Fluency in an additional language besides English.
