• Provide direct oversight and case management for a cohort of children with complex EHCP needs.
• Ensure lawful and timely decision-making within the statutory SEND framework.
• Manage legal, financial, and reputational risks associated with complex cases.
• Act as a point of professional reference for colleagues and managers within the service.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure bespoke provision arrangements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Romford, UK.
• Strong knowledge of the education system and SEND statutory framework.
• High level of professional judgement, autonomy, and accountability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex caseloads.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
