What you will do

• Lead and execute cross-department projects to support network expansion and tender development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, creating scalable playbooks and guides for various markets.
• Act as a key liaison between the Network Development team and other business units to adopt new ways of working.
• Conduct financial and market analyses to translate insights into actionable strategies and rollout plans.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on consolidating complex findings.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in project development, business development, strategy, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of taking complex initiatives from problem definition through implementation to measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset for solving multi-market problems and deriving recommendations.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel regularly within Europe.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in high-growth companies or the e-mobility sector.
• Knowledge in the field of sustainability or public tendering.
