Location: Must be based in the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) to support on-site training and market-specific implementations.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise hospitality clients.
• Deliver a high-touch, "white-glove" experience throughout the client journey.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute go-lives, including on-site training and support.
• Act as a trusted product and technical advisor for high-value accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations.
• Maintain clear implementation documentation and process guides.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B, client-facing roles.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or project management.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with POS or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes.
