What you will do

• Lead the rollout and implementation of digital platforms, including kiosks, QR ordering, self-checkout, and digital signage.
• Manage project planning, timeline tracking, and coordination of deliverables with IT, Operations, and Concept teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collect feedback, and track issues to ensure smooth platform deployment.
• Handle day-to-day platform management, including content updates and local adaptations across various markets.
• Create training materials and user guides to onboard local operations teams and drive tool adoption.
• Track key KPIs (usage, adoption, revenue impact) and identify improvement opportunities based on data insights.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, digital project support, or marketing coordination roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work from the Amsterdam office.

• Exposure to digital tools such as POS, kiosks, or ordering systems.
• Experience working in multi-site or operational environments.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
